In this Masterclass, we will be focusing on how to cook and nourish ourselves in order to maintain a balance through the heat and high “pitta” season. It’s a time where we need to keep our minds and bodies cool and refreshed while staying calm and grounded and keep our Agni burning bright, as it tends to be quite low at this time of year!
- In this Soul Spices Kitchen Virtual Masterclass you will be cooking along with me.
- You will receive the shopping list and recipes a few days before the class.
- You will be part of a private WhatsApp group created specifically for this one day, where you can ask questions and share photos of your dishes.
- The class will be conducted in Spanish and English
This is a 100% vegan menu (with the exception of the use of Ghee, which can easily be substituted with oils such as coconut or olive oil)
