A 2 week course dedicated to you, to build Immunity and Harmony back up within you!
We will cover themes such as sleep, foods and rituals. There will be 2 live sessions with me, where we cook amazing, grounding and immunity boosting recipes together, and we talk about techniques we can use in order to bring more mindfulness to all our daily practices.
You will also receive all the written content, plus the shopping lists and recipes as soon as you sign up for the course AND you’ll be part of a private WhatsApp group where you can share your experience and ask questions!
