Definition of rasa:: In Indian aesthetics, a rasa (Sanskrit: रस) literally means “juice, essence or taste”. Hi and welcome to rasa! I have created this private space exclusively for you! Throughout the year of 2020 and the first half of 2021, we were experiencing a new format of online cooking! It was so much fun and a great way for us all to connect from anywhere in the world. I really enjoyed this somewhat “experimental” time and it lead me to thinking: we need to make this a permanent space! Rasa is exactly that.
