Shopping Lists

Here is a shopping list of everything you will need to cook and prepare all of these delicious recipes.

I have separated them by recipe so it makes it easier for you, in case you’re not planning on making them all at once.

Please note that for the cooking demo we will make the following dishes:

Garam Masala spice mix for the cauliflower ( but not the cauliflower)
Baked Pakoras
Chocolate Muffins

So here is the shopping list:

Garam Masala Cauliflower and Mint chutney

Yoghurt of choice

Mint chutney

1 small onion or shallot
Yoghurt of choice
Cumin powder
Honey

End-of-summer dal

Coconut oil/ghee

Yellow lentils
Coconut milk
Greens such as kale and spinach
Lemon/lime
Coconut flakes

Mustard seeds
Turmeric
Coriander seeds
Cumin seeds

Beetroot tikkis:

Raw beetroot
Carrots
Spring onion
Chickpeas ( cooked)
Garlic
Lemon
Fresh herbs ( coriander, parsley, mint)

Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Garam Masala

Courgette “fries”

Courgettes
egg/ plant based milk
Paremesan (optional or any vegan cheese)
Panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
