Triple Chocolate & Sea Salt Cookies...
Triple Chocolate & Sea Salt Cookies…

Hello January!

So I’m a bit overwhelmed and rushed off my feet this week.. so this is going to be a very quick post…

Things are a bit disorganized and I need to get back on track..

But at the end of the day, you come back home, make yourself a hot pot of tea or coffee and sit down with one of these babies… life is going to be good!:)

With these I used an icecream scoop to get uniform balls of cookie dough...

crisp and crunch on the outside, and slightly soft on the inside.. the touch of sea salt really gives it a slight kick and brings out the chocolate flavour

You don’t have to add sea salt… I did only on half the batch as some poeple don’t fancy them at home… and you can mix up the choccolate… white, dark, milk… I put a bit of all three in… it’s always more fun!

Little brother's here and he's definitely been enjoying them!
