I felt a surge of instant happiness when I slurped it up &#8230; and the fact that it had tones of deep, natural spices&#8230; well, that&#8217;s just an extra added bonus! So whizz this up this week, it&#8217;ll be one of the best things you do I tell you!:)<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\" data-rating=\"#rating#\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"item ERName\">Simplest Soup ever!<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Prep time: <time datetime=\"PT5M\">5 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Cook time: <time datetime=\"PT20M\">20 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Total time: <time datetime=\"PT25M\">25 mins<\/time><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">4<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 garlic clove, mashed<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">coriander powder, 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">carrots, 3 large or 6 small\/medium, peeled and chopped small<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">brown sugar, 2 teaspoons<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">vegetable or chicken stock- 500 ml<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">fresh coriander about 5-6 stalks, chopped finely, stalks included<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat a heavy bottom pot and add enough olive oil to cover the base. Add the onions and sautee until they are transluscent.
